The program is very easy to use because it is very simple. After you insert a picture, you can change the frame. You can resize the picture freely or the frame. If you resize the frame, it will resize the picture too. This goes for the rotate option also. When you finish your framed photo, you can leave it on your desktop or save it for later use. In addition, you can print or email it. If you want to print it, after selecting the printer, an on-screen printer appears, showing you a print preview. If you want, you can resize it and reposition it on the on-screen paper.
